Men's HRT
You haven't lost your edge. Let's figure out what changed.
Maybe your energy is different. Your recovery isn't what it was. You're gaining fat, losing strength, sleeping worse or just don't have the same drive. That doesn't automatically mean testosterone is the problem. It means it's worth figuring out what's actually changed.
Concerns worth discussing
These changes can have more than one cause. Hormones are part of the conversation, but so are sleep, stress, medications, metabolic health and your overall health. The goal is to understand what's affecting how you feel, think and perform.
- Lower energy or stamina
- Loss of strength, muscle or changes in body composition
- Brain fog, reduced focus or mental sharpness
- Less drive, motivation or resilience
- Changes in mood or feeling less like yourself
- Changes in libido or sexual function
- Poorer recovery or changes in sleep
Treatment starts with the whole picture.
Your history, symptoms, goals and labs are reviewed together, not reduced to a single number or questionnaire score.
Candidacy is determined clinically. Options, expected benefits, limitations and realistic timelines are discussed openly.
Fertility and family-building goals are considered before treatment decisions when relevant.
If treatment is appropriate, ongoing monitoring and adjustments are part of the plan.
After your evaluation
When appropriate, Sam may recommend an individualized treatment plan based on your findings, goals and clinical needs. Recommendations, expected timelines and investment are reviewed with you before you decide how you'd like to move forward. Enrollment is separate from the evaluation, and there is no automatic prescription.
